In looking up Concord/North Bridge finds some oddities with how the BBB is missing some critical complaints on this series of companies. Complaints from prior years are gone.
Makes me think that the BBB is in the bag for this unsavory bunch of Concord properties.

01/23/2014 Problems with Product / Service | Read Complaint Details
Northbridge Apartments has over 17 Maintenance, Security and Health Violations that I have documented. All violations & repairs have not been fixed.
My wife and I 1st moved into Northbridge Apartments January 2012, we are finishing our 2nd year at Northbridge, today's date is Dec. 24th, 2013. When we 1st moved into Northbridge Apts my wife and I had noticed many maintenance, security and health related issues that needed to be addressed by the Management Office.
My wife reported these problems right away but these problems never got fixed are addressed. Even after 2 years now, these same problems still remain even after several complaints were made. I am listing these problems below.
1. Stray Dogs & Cats. Animal Poop all over sidewalk and grass, stairwells.
2. Faulty Sprinkler systems causing grass, sidewalks to get flooded, spraying water all over people and their cars. Wasting Water.
3. Broken Glass all over sidewalks, parking lot, grass.
4.Improper lighting between buildings.
5. Constant Trash Overflow with Trash Compactor.
6. Horrible Smell as a result of Trash Overflow from Trash Compactor.
7. Security Breach in Community Fence. Fence Pole missing. People breaking into residents and vehicles as a result of this Security breach.
8. Sticky gum and gunk all over Stairwells and Sidewalks.
9. Very dirty and unclean exterior windows.
10.Very slow maintenance response time.
11. Constant criminal activity as a result of not enough man power with Security personnel.
12. Local neighbors not following rules and guidelines, blocking & sitting on Stairwells.
13. Cigarette Butts all over ground & sidewwalks.
14. Trespassers coming through the Boardwalk gates along the North side of the Apartments.
15. Constant *** **********) smoke & smell coming from our neighbors below.
16. Little Kids under the age of 18 using the Trash Compactor. (No signs to indicate that children under the age of 18 should not be using the Trash Compactor).
17. Security congestion at the Security Entrance Gate. (I would suggest for residents to have decal parking stickers instead of relying on card keys which can easily be lost, misplaced, or stolen).
Note: There are serious issues about the return of initial deposits and it seems that this firm and its various properties go out of their way to collect large fees and deposits which they consider to be 'non-refundable' and applicants never get back. Anyone considering ANY of the various Concord properties should have their heads examined as only a fool would sign up for any of these rentals.
Based on BBB files of 11/23/10, this business has a BBB Rating of F on a scale fom A+ to F.

Terrible. I hope this year goes fast. I am disappointed. I figured since I am paying so much, it would be a more professional setting. The maintenance guy, Dan is great. The property is beautiful and could be a wonderful place to live. Instead residents blast music full of profanity and is offensive. Trash is thrown about, residents park however they want. Its very disrespectful.

this has been on my mind but I've been working a lot I went last week and I go in to go see to rent an apartment for me and my son and I saw this white lady yelling at this dark skinned lady and I'm Mexican so I felt very offended that she's prejudiced against other races I will not even think about ever renting there and I have told my friends not to rent there because of that blonde long haired lady she should be find a other line of work

I am very unhappy here! Maintenance service is not good. Takes forever to fix something. If you need an emergency, they can't do nothing!!! Safety is something that We DO NOT have at this community. I had my car stolen and no one really cares!!!

This place is terrible. Safety is terrible, the people they let live in are ghetto and rude. My car was stolen from here in broad daylight. Kids are unsupervised and running around throwing trash. Drug deals happen daily, but the worst part about this place is the office staff. Mitzy is super rude and unprofessional.

The staff in the leasing office is horrible. We moved in our apartment on March 11 - and it took me to go down there almost everyday to complain and yell for something to be done and yet all of our issues are still not fixed after 2 weeks of move in whihc is ridiculous. I pay alot of money to live here withn NOrthbridge and its not a great living enviornment.

How is Concord Management Ltd rated on Glassdoor.com?
Cons: Support structures are not always as knowledgeable as would be expected, very little opportunity for advancement without intra- or inter-state moving if hired at a satellite property, no support structure for anonymously reporting unprofessional behavior, occasional hiring or advancement of employees on factors other than ability to perform functions of position (as anywhere), occasional failure of advancement for qualified employees (trading short term stability in one position for long term employee retention), stringent hierarchy (assumptions that titles translate to knowledge or responsibility), failure to acknowledge top on site performers in aspects other than leasing.
